Basic Remote Tune (ME221/ME360/ME442)

Description

A basic tune is aimed at short term use such as driving to a dyno / rolling road or a temporary setup to make the car drivable before further mechanical changes are made. The basic tune will include a custom basemap for your individual setup, start and idle tuning and approximate low load/RPM fuel adjustment. A basic tune will not be fully optimised and no boost tuning or high rpm tuning will be done. It is not intended for regular driving.

How it works

Mazda MX-5 89-05: after checkout we’ll email you a licence key and a link to download DigiTune Connect, our app for Windows and Android.

1. Install DigiTune Connect on a Windows laptop, or an Android phone with a USB OTG adapter, that you can take to the car.
2. Open it and enter your licence key.
3. Plug into the ECU and follow the steps on screen. Connect walks you through reading the car and sending us the first log.
